Prep Ninjas is an Amazon FBA prep and fulfillment center founded in February 2018 by the Rasmussen family (Jeremy, Kathy, Ava & Jonas) in western Oregon. Starting with just three clients, the business has grown to operate a 4,000 sq ft warehouse with three employees. They specialize in receiving inventory from online stores, wholesale distributors, and manufacturers, then prepping and shipping items to Amazon FBA warehouses according to Amazon's guidelines. Located in tax-free Oregon, they help sellers avoid paying sales tax on inbound shipments. Their services include FNSKU labeling, poly bagging, bubble wrapping, bundling, inspection, quality control, carton labeling, and hazmat handling. They offer both a Starter plan (pay-per-unit) and a Pro plan (monthly retainer) and serve online arbitrage, wholesale, retail arbitrage, and hazmat sellers.
