PrepMeisters was born from a decade of deep observations inside Amazon's fulfillment operations—where our founder watched preventable mistakes cost sellers time, money, and opportunity. More importantly, he learned exactly how to prevent them. Our founder spent over 10 years at Amazon in senior operations roles, ultimately serving as Director of Fulfillment Operations and Director of Amazon Logistics. He saw firsthand why shipments got rejected and why inventory got sidelined. Whether it was mislabeled products, unscannable barcodes, insufficient packaging, or non-compliant labeling, the culprit was almost always the same: prep work that didn't meet Amazon's exacting standards. This insider experience means we don't guess what Amazon expects—we know exactly how their systems work, what triggers rejections, what causes delays, and how to prevent these issues before they cost you money. This Amazon expertise is backed by 20+ years of supply chain leadership spanning global fulfillment, logistics, transportation, and sales & operations planning—from Fortune 500 companies to high-growth startups. As an Amazon seller himself using FBA and FBM, he understands Seller Central, the pressure of cash flow, and opportunity costs of stale inventory.
