TERMS & MINIMUMS
D2C fulfillment requires 150 orders/month minimum. FBA Wholesale/Private Label requires 300 units/month; Online Arbitrage requires 25 units per shipment. Standalone storage requires 275 cu ft minimum. Carton Forwarding requires 5 cartons per shipment. Returns require being a D2C or FBA client. Removals (one-time projects) require 50 units. D2C orders received by 12:00 PM Pacific Time ship same business day. Various plans have prepay requirements; OA Starter plan has a $99 sign up fee; storage has $99 sign up fee waived with qualifying FBA/D2C plan or minimum storage volume. Min. $3.60 per carton for disposal. 4000+ D2C orders and 10,000+ units per month require custom quote
