What to send

// the fields below are what the profile template renders — anything you send shows up

Operating namerequired
Exactly as you trade — it becomes the listing title and its URL.
Websiterequired
The page a seller should land on. One URL.
Warehouse locationrequired
City and state (or country) for every site you receive into.
Contactrequired
A monitored email, and a phone number if you take calls.
Business modelsrequired
Which of these you take on: wholesale, private label, online arbitrage, retail arbitrage, books & media, hazmat certified.
Turnaroundrequired
Your realistic receive-to-shipped window, not a best case.
Optional fields that decide where you rank (5)
Rate card
Per-unit rates with the unit each applies to. Published pricing is filterable and is the single strongest thing a listing can carry.
Service list
What you actually perform — FNSKU labeling, polybagging, bundling, inspection, returns.
Certifications and integrations
Hazmat, FDA registration, and the software you connect to.
Founded year and team size
Both show on the profile and on the at-a-glance panel.
Minimums and terms
Storage fees, setup fees, monthly minimums — anything a seller is bound by.

How it works

  1. Send the details

Email listings@fbaprepcenters.org with the fields above. One message per prep center.

  2. We verify

We check the website resolves, the address is real, and the rates match what you publish.

  3. It goes live

The listing joins the directory and appears on its state page, on each business-model page it qualifies for, and in search.

Questions

Does a listing cost anything?

No. Every listing on this directory is free, and the whole directory is free to browse. There is no paid placement and no way to buy a higher position — ranking is driven by how complete and current a listing is.

How do I correct or remove a listing I did not create?

Email the address above from a domain that matches the listed website and say what is wrong. Corrections to pricing, capacity, contact details and accepting-clients status are the most common, and removal is honoured on request.

Why does my listing show no pricing?

Only 190 of 554 listings carry an itemized rate card, because most operators do not publish one. Send a rate card and the profile switches from "Pricing on request" to a filterable published-rates table.

What makes a listing rank higher on a state page?

Completeness first, then rating. A listing with a location, services, published rates and a working contact route outranks a bare name and URL, so filling in the optional fields is the entire lever.

I am a seller, not an operator — how do I report a bad experience?

Email the same address. We do not publish reviews, but we do act on evidence that a listed operator has closed, stopped accepting inventory, or is misrepresenting its rates.

Already listed?

Find your listing in the directory first — it may already be there from our own research. Search for it, then use the claim link on its profile so the correction lands against the right record.
