FBM stuffing and boxes included up to box size 10x10x10; larger boxes priced at cost. Bundles over 12 units require a quote. Volume discount of $0.10/unit for accounts maintaining 2,000 units monthly; further discounts for accounts maintaining 5,000 units monthly
